RETURNS & REFUND POLICY

We accept returns within 3 days of delivery.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging

  • The return request must be made within 3 days of delivery

  • Proof of purchase is required

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 1–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Final sale items

  • Items marked as non-refundable

  • Items showing signs of wear, use, or damage

  • Items returned outside the 3-day return window


Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.


Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue so we can resolve it promptly.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund after approval, please allow additional processing time with your bank. If the issue persists, contact support@nowr.co for assistance.
